High-Power PoE+ for Multiple Devices

Each of the 16 PoE ports supports up to 30W per port following IEEE 802.3af/at standards. The 250W total power budget enables simultaneous operation of IP cameras, wireless access points, VoIP phones, and other powered devices without requiring separate power adapters. Intelligent Power Management automatically prioritizes critical devices when approaching the power limit, preventing system overload while maintaining uptime for essential equipment.

Professional Rackmount Design

Built with durable metal casing measuring 17.3 x 7.1 x 1.73 inches, the TL-SG1218MP fits standard 19-inch racks. The professional heat dissipation system with dual fans supports continuous operation in temperatures from 0–50°C. The physical security lock and included rackmount kit make it suitable for server rooms, wiring closets, and secure network environments.

This switch provides 36 Gbps switching capacity and 26.78 Mpps packet forwarding rate. The 8K MAC address table and 4.1 Mbit packet buffer ensure efficient traffic handling.
