We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to stock availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues. Any payments taken will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and any other payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are provided as a guide only.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Responsibility for goods passes to you once the order has been successfully delivered to the address provided.

5. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may be supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Details of any applicable warranty will be provided by the manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranties are provided in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, profit, or business interruption.
Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product(s) concerned.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
