260W Cooling Capacity

Built for high-frequency overclocking and demanding applications, the AK620 ZERO DARK handles thermal loads up to 260W. The precision-machined convex copper base makes direct contact with six 6mm copper heat pipes, transferring heat efficiently into the dual-tower fin array measuring 127 x 110 x 157mm.

Dual 120mm PWM Fans

Two 120mm fluid dynamic bearing fans operate between 500-1850 RPM, delivering 68.99 CFM airflow and 2.19 mmAq static pressure. The 4-pin PWM connectors enable automatic speed adjustment based on CPU temperature, maintaining noise levels below 28 dB(A) while providing consistent cooling performance.

Universal Socket Compatibility

The all-metal mounting bracket supports Intel sockets 1150, 1151, 1155, 1200, 1700, 2011, 2011-3, and 2066, plus AMD AM4 and AM5 platforms. Installation tools are included for straightforward mounting on both Intel and AMD systems.
