The CyberPower RCCARD100 is an optional management expansion card designed for specific CyberPower UPS series. This remote cloud card transforms your UPS into a cloud-connected device, enabling comprehensive remote monitoring and management through the PowerPanel Cloud system via secure web portal or mobile app.

Plug-and-Play Installation

Installation is straightforward with the plug-and-play design. Simply insert the card into the expansion slot on your compatible CyberPower UPS. The hot-swappable capability allows for quick installation without interrupting UPS operation, ensuring continuous power protection during setup.

Cloud-Based UPS Management

Once installed, the RCCARD100 connects your UPS to PowerPanel Cloud, providing remote access to monitor power status, battery health, and system alerts from anywhere. The included PowerPanel App offers mobile management capabilities, with both services including free 3-year subscriptions.

Network Connectivity

The card features RJ45 connectivity with support for Ethernet 100Base-TX and Ethernet 10Base-T protocols. Tx/Rx and Link LED indicators provide visual confirmation of network status and data transmission.

User-Upgradeable Firmware

Keep your remote management capabilities current with user-upgradeable firmware. The card supports firmware updates, ensuring access to the latest features and security improvements without requiring hardware replacement.
