Direct Touch Heat Pipe Technology

Four 6mm copper heat pipes make direct contact with the CPU surface, rapidly transferring heat to the aluminum fin array. This direct touch design eliminates thermal interface resistance between the heat pipes and base plate, improving heat dissipation efficiency. The 120mm heatsink provides 150mm of vertical clearance while maintaining compatibility with standard PC cases.

120mm PWM Fan Performance

The included 120mm fan operates between 500-2000 RPM with PWM control, delivering 75.89 CFM airflow at maximum speed. The hydro bearing design ensures quiet operation at 31.6 dB(A) or less, making this cooler suitable for workstations and gaming systems. The 4-pin PWM connector allows motherboard-controlled fan speed adjustment based on CPU temperature.

Addressable RGB Lighting
