Direct Touch Heat Pipe Technology

Four 6mm heat pipes make direct contact with the CPU surface for maximum thermal transfer efficiency. The balanced bidirectional heat pipe technology features an optimized internal capillary structure with precisely measured liquid injection, ensuring excellent heat dissipation whether your case is vertical or horizontal. This design achieves lower thermal resistance across a wide TDP range.

High-Efficiency 120mm PWM Fan

The included 120mm fan operates at 500-2000 RPM with automatic PWM support, delivering 75.89 CFM airflow and 2.53 mmAq air pressure. The hydro bearing fan maintains quiet operation at ≤31.6 dB(A) while providing full performance under load and silent efficiency at idle. The 4-pin PWM connector ensures precise speed control based on CPU temperature.

Matrix Fin Array Design

High-quality aluminum fins are densely stacked across the 120 x 92 x 150mm heatsink for optimal heat dissipation. The unique checkerboard matrix fin design increases surface area while providing a distinctive aesthetic for your build.

Fan Lock Mounting System

Installation is simplified with the fan lock mounting system that eliminates the need to remove the fan during installation. The offset heat pipe design ensures 100% RAM clearance and allows for quick mounting with the fan pre-attached. The included brackets support both Intel (LGA1700/1200/1151/1150/1155/1851) and AMD (AM5/AM4) platforms with a secure five-step installation process.

Universal Socket Compatibility
