Multi-WAN Connectivity with Automatic Failover

The Vigor C410ax provides five WAN connection methods: integrated 4G LTE Category 6 modem with dual-SIM support, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, and 2.4GHz/5GHz wireless WAN backup. The dual-SIM feature allows automatic switching between mobile carriers, while the router seamlessly fails over to alternative WAN connections during service interruptions. The 4G modem supports download speeds up to 300Mbps and works with all major UK networks including EE, O2, Vodafone, and Three.

WiFi 6 AX3000 Wireless Performance

Equipped with 802.11ax WiFi 6 technology, the router delivers combined wireless speeds up to 3000Mbps (2402Mbps on 5GHz, 574Mbps on 2.4GHz). Advanced features including OFDMA, MU-MIMO, Tx Beamforming, and 1024-QAM ensure efficient wireless performance. The dual-band configuration supports up to 8 SSIDs per radio band and includes mesh root support for expanding coverage with DrayTek VigorAP mesh nodes.

Security and VPN Capabilities

Built on DrayOS 5, the Vigor C410ax provides comprehensive security with SPI firewall, DoS attack defense, and content filtering. The router supports up to 4 concurrent VPN tunnels with 370Mbps IPsec throughput, accommodating multiple VPN protocols including IPsec IKEv1/v2, OpenVPN, and WireGuard. Authentication options include local RADIUS server, TACACS+, and time-based OTP.

Network Management Features

The router supports 802.1q VLAN tagging with up to 8 VLANs and 4 LAN subnets. Advanced routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and RIP ensure flexible network architecture. Quality of Service controls with 4 priority queues enable VoIP prioritization and application-based bandwidth management. The device integrates with VigorACS for centralized management and can directly manage up to 20 VigorAP access points and 5 VigorSwitch devices.

Hardware Specifications

The Vigor C410ax includes a 2-year warranty with 5 years of security updates post-EOL for UK-sold units. Optional VigorCare extended warranty packages provide 3 or 5-year coverage.
