Multi-Protocol Support
This combo module provides comprehensive protocol compatibility. XGS-PON delivers symmetrical 9.953 Gbps downstream and upstream data rates. XG-PON offers 9.953 Gbps downstream with 2.488 Gbps upstream. GPON provides 2.488 Gbps downstream and 1.244 Gbps upstream, making it adaptable to various service provider requirements and network configurations.
Technical Performance
Built for single-mode fiber deployment, the DS-PMA-COMBO C+ operates over single fiber (9/125um) with a maximum cable length of 20 km. The module features hot-swap capability for quick installation without network downtime. Operating at 3.3V nominal voltage, it includes digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM) for real-time parameter tracking including voltage, transceiver power, and temperature.
Optical Specifications
The module operates at different wavelengths depending on the protocol: XGS-PON and XG-PON transmit at 1577 nm and receive at 1270 nm, while GPON transmits at 1490 nm and receives at 1310 nm.
