Equipped with 6 spatial streams and support for the latest 802.11be standard, the U7-PRO-OUTDOOR achieves maximum data rates of 8.6 Gbps on 5 GHz and 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz. The integrated 2.5 GbE uplink ensures your network infrastructure can handle the full bandwidth potential. With 4x4 MU-MIMO on 5 GHz and 2x2 MU-MIMO on 2.4 GHz, this access point efficiently manages multiple simultaneous connections across 300+ client devices.

Weatherproof Construction

Built with UV-stabilized polycarbonate and aluminum alloy, the U7-PRO-OUTDOOR meets IPX6 and IP67 standards (with cable-gland door kit). The enclosure withstands wind loads up to 74.6 N at 200 km/h, making it suitable for exposed installations. The articulation mounting bracket provides flexible positioning for both wall and pole mounting (1-2.5" diameter).

Coverage and Antenna System

The integrated directional super antenna delivers 465 m² coverage area with impressive gain specifications: 11 dBi directional internal and 8 dBi external omni on 5 GHz, plus 8 dBi directional internal and 6 dBi external omni on 2.4 GHz. Maximum transmit power reaches 29 dBm on 5 GHz and 23 dBm on 2.4 GHz, ensuring strong signal penetration across large outdoor spaces.

Advanced Management Features

The U7-PRO-OUTDOOR supports comprehensive enterprise features including wireless meshing, band steering, 802.11v/r/k protocols, and advanced radio management. Security options include RADIUS over TLS (RadSec), Private Pre-Shared Key (PPSK), and dynamic RADIUS-assigned VLANs. Additional capabilities include Passpoint (Hotspot 2.0), captive portal support, WiFi speed limiting, client device isolation, and WiFi scheduling.
