Dual-Band WiFi Performance

Operating on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, the UK-Ultra supports 802.11a/b/g/n/ac standards with throughput rates up to 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and 866.7 Mbps on 5 GHz. The 2x2 MIMO spatial stream configuration ensures reliable connectivity across 115 m² (1,250 ft²) coverage area. Internal 6 dBi antennas provide solid baseline performance, while two RP-SMA connectors allow optional external antenna attachment for extended range applications.

Weatherproof Construction for Any Environment

Built with UV-stabilized polycarbonate enclosure, the UK-Ultra achieves IPX6 weatherproofing rating for outdoor exposed installations. The unit withstands wind loads up to 33.2 N at 200 km/h and operates across extreme temperature ranges from -40°C to 60°C. Compact dimensions of 137 x 84 x 34 mm and 173 g weight make installation straightforward without structural concerns.

Flexible Mounting Options

The UK-Ultra includes wall, ceiling, and pole mounting hardware in the package. Pole mount accommodates 1-2 inch outer diameter pipes, enabling deployment on existing infrastructure. Multiple mounting configurations allow optimal placement for coverage requirements and aesthetic considerations.

Simplified Power and Management

PoE support (44-57V DC) eliminates separate power cabling, requiring only a single GbE RJ45 connection to UniFi PoE switches. Maximum power consumption of 8W keeps operational costs minimal. Management integrates through UniFi Network application (Web 8.0.7+, iOS 10.11.1+, Android 10.10.1+), providing centralized control across your wireless infrastructure.

Enterprise Security and Network Features

WPA-PSK and WPA-Enterprise (WPA/WPA2, TKIP/AES) encryption secure wireless traffic. The access point supports 8 BSSIDs per radio, 802.1Q VLAN tagging, per-user rate limiting QoS, and guest traffic isolation. These features enable segmented network architectures suitable for multi-tenant environments or guest access scenarios.
