The UniFi Switch Flex (USW-FLEX) is a managed Layer 2 Gigabit switch designed for flexible deployment in both indoor and outdoor environments. This 5-port switch features auto-sensing 802.3af PoE support, making it ideal for powering UniFi access points, IP cameras, and other PoE-enabled devices.

PoE Power Budget and Flexibility

The USW-Flex provides (1) 802.3at/bt PoE input port and (4) 802.3af PoE Gigabit Ethernet output ports. Each port delivers up to 15.4W of power to connected devices. When powered by 60W 802.3bt PoE++ switches (such as USW-Pro-48-PoE, USW-Pro-24-PoE, US-XG-6POE, or USW-Industrial), the switch supports a maximum PoE output budget of 46W, enabling you to power multiple high-consumption devices simultaneously.

Built with a weatherproof housing, the USW-Flex withstands extreme temperature variations and harsh outdoor conditions. The versatile mounting options include horizontal installation, vertical installation, magnetic wall-mount, pole-mount, and desktop placement, providing deployment flexibility for any network configuration.

Seamless UniFi Ecosystem Integration

Managed through the UniFi Controller or UniFi Mobile app, the USW-Flex integrates seamlessly into your UniFi network infrastructure. Configure and monitor all switch features through an intuitive graphical interface from anywhere. A single UniFi Controller instance can manage multiple sites within a centralized interface, with each site maintaining separate network monitoring, configuration, maps, statistics, and admin accounts.
