The Ubiquiti USW-PRO-HD-24 delivers professional-grade Layer 3 switching capabilities in a compact 1U rack-mountable design. This managed switch combines high-density 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity with advanced routing features and Etherlighting technology for enterprise and data center deployments.

High-Performance Port Configuration

Equipped with 22 ports of 2.5 GbE RJ45, 2 ports of 10 GbE RJ45, and 4 ports of 10G SFP+, the USW-PRO-HD-24 provides 230 Gbps switching capacity with 115 Gbps total non-blocking throughput. The forwarding rate of 171.12 Mpps ensures smooth data transmission across all connected devices. This port density makes it suitable for bandwidth-intensive applications including Pro AV profiles for Dante, NDI, SDVoE, Q-SYS, AES67, Shure, and Crestron systems.

Layer 3 Routing and Network Management

Full Layer 3 functionality includes support for 12,000 ARP entries and 12,000 IPv4 routes, enabling advanced network segmentation and inter-VLAN routing. The switch supports up to 1000 VLANs with a MAC address table size of 32,000 entries. Built-in DHCP server capabilities for local networks simplify deployment and management through the UniFi Network Controller.

Advanced Security and Traffic Control

Comprehensive security features include 802.1X authentication control, DHCP snooping and guarding, MAC-based and IP-based ACLs with device and network isolation. Traffic management tools include IGMP snooping with advanced configuration options (querier, fast leave, router port), QoS DSCP marking, storm control, multicast and broadcast rate limiting, and egress rate limiting. Port mirroring and loop protection provide additional network monitoring and stability.

Professional Features

Etherlighting technology provides visual port identification and status monitoring through customizable LED colors. The integrated 1.3-inch touchscreen LCM display offers quick access to system information and configuration. STP and RSTP protocols ensure network redundancy, while jumbo frame support, LLDP-MED, and Voice VLAN capabilities optimize performance for specialized applications.

Reliable Power and Build Quality

The switch operates on universal input (100-240V AC, 50/60 Hz) with a maximum power consumption of 60W and includes DC power backup via USP RPS input for redundancy. The SGCC steel enclosure measures 442 x 285 x 44 mm and weighs 4.2 kg without mounting brackets. Heat dissipation is rated at 102.36 BTU/hr, and the unit is certified by CE, FCC, and IC.
