Returns & Refunds Policy

At Tech Direct UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your order in line with the policy below.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at support@techdirectuk.com.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) once you’ve informed us.

2. Condition of Returns

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., headphones, earphones, opened software, consumables) cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.
Please ensure any accessories, manuals, or free gifts are included.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
Delivery charges are refunded only if the entire order is cancelled within the cooling-off period.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Faults must be reported within a reasonable time of delivery.
Please email support@techdirectuk.com with details and, if possible, photos of the issue.

5. How to Return an Item

Contact us at support@techdirectuk.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions.
Package the item securely, including all original contents.
Send to the return address provided.

6. Return Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.

7. Warranty Returns

Some items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. In this case, we may refer you directly to the manufacturer for quicker service.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
