The ARCTIC TP-3 thermal pad delivers professional-grade heat dissipation for PC components, combining exceptional thermal conductivity with ultra-soft flexibility. This 4-pack includes 120 x 120 mm pads at 1.0 mm thickness, designed to bridge height differences and eliminate air gaps between heat-generating components and heatsinks.

High Performance Silicone Construction

Based on silicone and a special filler, TP-3 outperforms conventional thermal pads, especially when height differences occur between closely spaced chips due to manufacturing tolerances. The TP-3 offers excellent thermal conductivity despite extremely low hardness at 55 Shore OO, making it ideal for sensitive components.

Minimization of Thermal Resistance

The 1.0 mm thickness compresses effectively to compensate for height differences between various components. This compression capability ensures optimal contact between surfaces, maximizing heat transfer efficiency across RAM modules, M.2 SSDs, chipsets, and integrated circuits. The thinner the pad, the lower the thermal resistance.

Versatile Applications

Heat-conducting, vibration-damping, mouldable, and electrically insulating. The soft heat conduction pad is particularly gentle on components while maintaining excellent thermal performance. The ARCTIC TP-3 is electrically insulating, non-adhesive, and easy to handle. The non-conductive properties protect sensitive electronics while the non-adhesive surface allows for repositioning during installation and easy removal for future maintenance.

The TP-3 is softer than conventional pads, making it particularly suitable for different chip heights and possible tolerances. Thanks to their good compressibility properties, the thermal pads act as the perfect gap filler and bridge uneven surfaces and air gaps without stressing sensitive and protruding components.
