Connect your modem to the WAN port of one XD5 to establish it as the AiMesh router, while the other two units function as AiMesh nodes for extended coverage.

Setup takes just three minutes: turn on the ZenWiFi XD5, create your WiFi network name and admin account, and you're connected. The ASUS Router app provides intuitive management of your entire network from your smartphone, with flexible network naming options—choose a single name for all bands or separate names for each frequency.

AiProtection Classic Security

AiProtection Classic with Parental Controls comes free for life, providing malicious site blocking, infected device prevention, and comprehensive network security. Parental controls include URL filtering and scheduling features to manage internet usage. The system supports WPA3-Personal encryption and includes VPN server capabilities with IPSec, OpenVPN, and PPTP protocols.

Space-Saving Design

The white finish complements modern home décor, and the compact design includes mounting holes with a screw pack for wall installation or flexible placement. Each unit features 2 internal dual-band antennas, one Gigabit WAN/LAN port, and one Gigabit LAN port for wired connections.
