airMAX ac Technology for Superior Performance

The NanoStation AC Loco utilizes Ubiquiti's Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) airMAX protocol, eliminating hidden node collisions that plague standard WiFi deployments. Each client communicates using pre-designated time slots scheduled by an intelligent AP controller, delivering improvements in latency, noise immunity, scalability, and throughput. The device supports airMAX ac protocol with selectable channel widths: 10/20/30/40/50/60/80 MHz for PtP links and 10/20/30/40 MHz for PtMP configurations.

Integrated WiFi Management and Spectral Analysis

A dedicated WiFi radio enables fast setup through the UMobile App, available for iOS and Android devices. Access the airOS configuration interface directly from your mobile device for immediate setup, configuration, and management. The built-in airView spectral analysis tool identifies noise signatures, allowing network planners to minimize interference and optimize channel selection.
