The Ubiquiti U-LTE-PRO delivers automatic cellular backup connectivity for UniFi networks, preventing internet downtime and maintaining business operations during primary WAN failures. This LTE failover device integrates directly into existing UniFi infrastructure through the UniFi Network application.
Automatic Failover Protection
When your primary internet connection fails, the U-LTE-PRO automatically switches to cellular connectivity without manual intervention. This redundant WAN solution ensures continuous network availability for critical business operations, point-of-sale systems, and remote locations where internet reliability is essential.
Third-Party SIM Card Compatibility
The integrated Nano SIM card slot accepts third-party SIM cards from your preferred mobile carrier. This flexibility allows you to select the most reliable cellular provider in your region and control your data costs. Simply insert your Nano SIM card, connect to any switch port, and activate through the UniFi interface.
Technical Specifications
The U-LTE-PRO supports European LTE bands (1, 3, 7, 8, 20, 28) and WCDMA bands (1, 8), ensuring broad compatibility with European mobile networks. Powered via 802.3af PoE, the device requires no additional power supply and connects seamlessly to your existing network infrastructure.
Network performance depends on your mobile carrier's coverage and available bandwidth in your location. The device functions as a secondary WAN connection, maintaining network operations during primary connection outages.
UniFi Network Integration
Management occurs entirely through the UniFi Network Application (version 5.14.0 or higher). The U-LTE-PRO requires a UniFi OS Console such as the UniFi Dream Machine (UDM) or UniFi Dream Machine Pro (UDM-Pro) for operation. Configuration, monitoring, and failover settings are controlled through the same interface managing your entire UniFi deployment.

Deliveries to remote areas (e.g., Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) may take longer or incur additional charges — these will be shown at checkout before confirming your order.

5. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card or attempt redelivery.
