The Ubiquiti UDR7 UniFi Dream Router 7 combines enterprise-grade networking capabilities in a compact desktop form factor. This all-in-one device integrates a WiFi 7 access point, 10G cloud gateway, 2.5GbE PoE switch, and NVR functionality into a single unified platform.

WiFi 7 Performance and Connectivity

Equipped with 802.11be WiFi 7 technology, the UDR7 delivers throughput speeds up to 5.7 Gbps on 6 GHz, 4.3 Gbps on 5 GHz, and 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz. The tri-band 2x2 MU-MIMO configuration supports 300+ simultaneous users with 4 BSSIDs per radio. Integrated antennas provide 6 dBi gain on 6 GHz, 7 dBi on 5 GHz, and 5 dBi on 2.4 GHz bands.

High-Speed Network Ports

The UDR7 features dual WAN options with one 10G SFP+ port and one 2.5 GbE RJ45 port for flexible internet connectivity. Three additional 2.5 GbE RJ45 LAN ports provide high-bandwidth connections, with one port offering 15.4W PoE output for powering compatible devices. The 10G SFP+ port enables fiber connections for maximum throughput.

Advanced Security and Firewall

Built-in security features include stateful firewall, application-aware Layer 7 filtering, and IDS/IPS with 2.3 Gbps throughput. The system supports 20,000+ IDS/IPS signatures with CyberSecure, deep packet inspection (DPI), zone-based firewall filtering, content filtering, and ad blocking. Advanced NAT options include SNAT, DNAT, masquerade, NAT pooling, and 1-to-1 NAT configurations.

Integrated NVR and Surveillance

The pre-installed 64GB microSD card provides NVR storage for UniFi Protect cameras. The system can manage up to 5 HD cameras, 2 2K cameras, or 1 4K camera simultaneously. A microSD expansion slot allows for additional storage capacity when needed.

VPN and SD-WAN Capabilities

Comprehensive VPN support includes Site Magic, IPsec, OpenVPN, WireGuard, and L2TP protocols. VPN server functionality offers Identity Endpoint one-click VPN and Teleport zero-configuration VPN. License-free SD-WAN enables multi-WAN load balancing with policy-based routing and automatic failover.

UniFi Application Suite

The UDR7 runs the complete UniFi application suite including Network, Protect, Access, Talk, and Connect. Manage 30+ UniFi devices through a single interface with advanced features like OSPF dynamic routing, advanced QoS, multicast DNS, integrated RADIUS server, and RadSec support.
